Cleaning staff could use more attention to detail for bathrooms!!! Lobby cleanliness and odors need addressing for a more welcoming environment!!!

Unexpected challenges with charm

The hotel’s proximity to local attractions was a blessing, allowing us to explore the area easily. The spacious rooms provided a perfect spot for our gatherings.

However, during our stay, we encountered a few hiccups with the breakfast options and the staffing seemed stretched thin during peak times.

Comfortable and spacious rooms with a welcoming vibe

The room was spacious, modern, and exceptionally clean, making it a cozy retreat after long days of exploring. The smell in the lobby was delightful, thanks to a fantastic air freshener that added to the inviting atmosphere. I appreciated the regular availability of beverages and the attentive service from the staff, particularly during breakfast hours. However, it would be great if breakfast could be complimentary going forward.

The Premium King Room with Walk-In Shower offered spacious comfort, making it ideal for relaxing after a long day. I enjoyed the great accessibility of nearby attractions, allowing for easy exploration without much driving.

However, noise from pets in the adjacent rooms created interruptions that made it hard to catch some sleep. The additional $50 check-in charge for potential damages felt unexpected, particularly when not communicated upfront. It would be nice if the hotel provided clearer information regarding such fees to avoid surprises during the stay.

Had an awesome time with friends! We enjoyed visiting the Cincinnati Premium Outlets and catching a game at the Cincinnati Reds. The hotel staff were friendly, and the rooms were perfect for our group. We loved hanging out at the bar, where the bartender made our evenings fun with great stories!

Only downside was that we couldn’t get a room with two separate queen beds, which made sleeping arrangements a bit tricky for our group.

The location was ideal for my business trip, being close to multiple attractions and major highways. The room was spacious, offering great natural light and comfort. The bartender provided exceptional service during my late-night dining experiences.

The restaurant and bar were not open during my stay, which was disappointing.

The room was spacious, modern, and clean. I loved how comfy the beds and pillows were. The best part was the nice smell in the lobby, thanks to whatever air freshener they used. It really made a welcoming vibe! Everything felt fresh since they just renovated the place too.

Rooms clean with comfortable beds. Breakfast not included, and it cost $9.53 per person with poor quality food.

Had a lovely time at this place! The indoor pool was awesome for relaxing, and I enjoyed the hot tub too for some extra unwinding. Just remember, the TV guide was out, so flipping channels was a bit of a hassle, but it didn't ruin my great stay. 😊
